About Us -- SY Youth Centr

About Us

The sfyouthcentre and its board are people who are passionately leading a dedicated team with a strong vision to continue to serve the masses across the country through his humanitarian endeavours.
Working together for youths since 2001
We are a charity on a mission to improve the lives of young people among the African and Caribbean, especially in London, challenging them to become the best they can. Young people need opportunities outside school to have fun with their friends, to learn new skills, to make a positive change in their communities and to shape the city they live in. We carry out our network of community youth organisations locally and abroad.

Our Proud Past

We have helped over 1,000 youths in various areas – education, training employment, social media, sports especially football. They gained opportunities to access employment in ITV, qualified nurses working with NHS, trained as Accountants and IT Consultants. Some of our mentees are now self-employed. We organise social events for occasions such as Islamic and Christian celebrations – Christmas, Easter, birthday parties, weddings, and children’s activities.

Our vision

Our vision is that all our young grow up healthy, able to express themselves, navigate a fulfilling career and make a positive contribution in African and Caribbean communities’ home and abroad.

Our mission
